I feel blessed to be able to use my training and expertise to help make children’s smiles brighter and healthier. The most rewarding part of this profession is seeing the surprised smile on a child’s face when they realize how easy their dental appointment was and how brave they could be! Compassion and communication are my keys to making our patients feel safe and understood in new situations. I love being able to work with children and their families over time to build trust, make them feel safe, and get them more comfortable in the dental chair with each visit. I’m also passionate about empowering parents and patients by giving them the tools, knowledge, and confidence to do their part at home — This can set a child up for a lifetime of better dental visits and improved oral health!

Personal Life
Although I now feel right at home in Canada, I’m originally from the United States. I was born and raised in Michigan and completed my dental training at the University of Detroit Mercy. After finishing my specialty training in pediatrics in sunny Southern California, I said goodbye to the beautiful weather to rejoin my husband in Canada and start the next chapter of our lives together.
